DHQ: We Lost 13 Soldiers, Arrested 162 Herdsmen In Benue, Taraba


The Defence Headquarters, Abuja, said on Wednesday that the military had arrested 147 herdsmen in Benue State and 15 in Taraba in the ongoing Exercise Ayem Akpatuma, noting that the suspects had been handed over to the police for prosecution.

There  was pandemonium, on Saturday, at the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp  located at Daudu, Guma Local Government Area of Benue State, as a mobile police officer shot and killed a pregnant woman in the camp.
